Planted two more peonies (Paula Fay) at the PTG and added several seeds to the beds.
The beds are starting to look presentable. I hope in a couple of years the seeds will be seedlings. Fingers crossed.

Burma Ruby, Moonrise etc.

Burma Ruby is a single, early bloomer that grows 28" tall and is
fragrant. It was a little slow to start in my garden but is coming
along nicely now.

Moonrise was a gift several years ago and I couldn't think of anything

nicer. This is an F2 hybrid with cream coloured buds opening to form

creamy yellow single flowers with large mass of golden yellow stamens.

Carpels are green, stigmata cream. Fragrant with light green leaves.

Paula Fay is a surprise evertime I see it. Deep pink waxy textured

blooms. Never needs staking this semi double has dark green foliage

and blooms in my garden now. 35" tall. It's an APS Gold Medal Winner.
