Planteck International Inc. acquires Planteck Inc.’s Assets
November 9, 2009. L’Assomption, QC, Canada - Planteck International Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the principal assets of Planteck Inc. (Planteck Biotechnologies). Planteck International is a new company established by the founding members of Planteck Inc.: Yves Dubé, Richard Labbé and Caroline Constabel with the addition of Normand Tellier, a nursery owner/operator with 30 years experience in the horticultural industry. With this team back at the control board, which has been absent for nearly two years, the company is set to renew its activities and improve and expand its customer service.
