Parentage: Lactiflora x officinalis Otto Froebel
Large blood red flowers, tinted with magenta, fading eventually to crimson red. Narrow petals have a white stripe at base edged or suffused with violet. Carpels light green with coral pink stigmata. Anthers are yellow, filaments white, tinted pink at base, yellow at top. Disc very pale pink. Strong stems. Formerly BLACK KNIGHT
